Sorafel information:

The cats: We have 5 cats at present. Two non-pedigree neutered ½Abyssinian blues (one each male and female who are uncle and niece and 3 Somali Pedigree Queens. A Sorrel Somali (The foundation queen), A fawn silver and blue silver kitten.

The Queens are: 1) Tagher Lady Eleanor (Ellie) who is the daughter of Sire: UK Grand Champion Astrokini Fils Debolly (Fawn silver) and Dam: Ruffian Champagne Truffle (Chocolate).

Ellie came into our lives to replace Amber who went missing in September 2003. (Please see missing cat section for more information).

2) Tajura Tazanna (Bella) came to us in October 2005 as the second SORAFEL Breeding queen. Although we had hoped and still do that Tagher Lady Eleanor will oblige by giving us a long awaited daughter, to date she has produced few daughters. Now that we have been fortunate enough to have been joined by Bella, we are sure that Ellie will provide us with an all female litter.

Ellie and Bella have bonded beautifully, although they are total opposites in almost every way. One is timid and shy, the other is extrovert. Bella has now grown up and produced her first litter (please see kitten page). 

3) The Sorafel “Princess” Bella’s daughter “Sorafel Leonora”, a Blue Silver who was born on 20/7/2006, is staying with us and will in her turn become one of the SORAFEL queens. Her sire is Int. Ch. Blue Ludwig of Nazik. Leonora may make an appearance on the show bench before she becomes a mum but right now her main function is to enjoy kittenhood, teasing her brother, and stealing the show with her antics.
